As part of the “Partnering in Business with Germany” programme, the Carl Duisberg Centren will host seventeen managers from Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan, who will act as business ambassadors between September 22 to October 9, 2025. Through the programme, the Kazakhstani and Turkmen participating companies internalize the “Made in Germany” mindset and the German companies find qualified business partners.

Carl Duisberg Centren is seeking companies that can offer job shadowing placements in the Düsseldorf area for highly qualified Ukrainian professionals. The job shadowing is part of the PG Special Initiative Ukraine, an initiative of the German Federal Ministry of Economics and Climate Protection (BMWK) to support displaced executives from Ukraine who are temporarily staying in Germany.

As part of the programme , company representatives from selected countries are invited to Germany for three weeks. During the three weeks, German companies act as hosts and receive the company representatives in their factories or offices to present the company and its activities and exchange ideas with the international guests.

Through the programme, the Mexican participating companies internalize the “Made in Germany” mindset and the German companies find qualified business partners.
Partnering in Business with Germany is an instrument of the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action (BMWK) to promote foreign trade. The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH has been commissioned to implement the Programme on behalf of the BMWK.
