Carl Duisberg Centren has been conducting vocational training programs for Malaysian clients, including ministries, public institutions and companies, for more than 25 years now.
The centre advised the Malaysian government as part of a World Bank project and developed the 10-year master plan for technical universities in conjunction with German universities; moreover, a wide array of “train the trainer” courses in the field of welding technology, mechatronics, etc. were developed and implemented.
Each year, we organize professional programs for delegations from public institutions and companies in the field of vocational training. These programs are designed for technical and managerial staff as well as multipliers from Malaysia and take place in Germany.
Since 1996, our attachment program has given high-ranking Malaysian government officials the opportunity to be attached to German institutions, authorities and companies in order to exchange their experience. The goal of the program is to increase management skills in Malaysian public administration.
On behalf of the Malaysian government, we are implementing a project to enable students from Malaysia to gain access to higher education in the field of engineering in Germany. To this end, the participants acquire a school-leaving certificate developed by us and are prepared for studies in Germany through intensive German courses.
We provide in-depth support for our clients in the German market for projects in Malaysia and with Malaysian partners. With regards to this, our intercultural training department provides you with advice and support.
