The target group of the programs are managers, mostly from public institutions or large Chinese companies. As a rule, 15 to 20 people take part in the programs, spending between 10 and 21 days in Germany.

The programs are always sector-specific, focussing on the client’s current needs. The focus can be on topics such as modern business management, digitalisation as well as highly specialised technical issues.
In-depth exchange between German and Chinese partners
Within the scope of our programs, we work together with numerous companies and institutions in Germany. This gives us the opportunity to facilitate intensive exchanges, for example in the context of a specialised trade visit, where the companies can present themselves and technical issues can be discussed with our participants.
