We consistently implement our vocational training programs according to the ideas of our customers and the German dual training system. This is why we have been cooperating with leading vocational training centres and selected chambers of industry and trade throughout Germany for decades.
Our vocational training programs are aimed at trainers, teachers at vocational schools and engineers. Our main focus is on competence and practical relevance.
The courses are interactive and comprise training in workshops and simulation rooms and correspond to the tasks and activities in the real working world. The hands-on training is supplemented by lively technical visits and on-the-job training in renowned German companies.
We offer skilled workers from around the world the opportunity to develop the professional and technical skills they have acquired in their home country in the German dual system. Together with our partners from various vocational colleges, full-time vocational schools, vocational training centres and chambers of trade, we train skilled workers in various trades and help them obtain internationally recognized certificates. Company visits, work shadowing in vocational schools and training companies and exchanges with German vocational trainers at a state level guarantee a deep insight into the principle of dual training.
Trainers and teachers at vocational schools from all over the world learn state-of-the-art interactive training methods that can be implemented in active learning training. Our train-the-trainer programs are geared to the core competences required in the job description. The training is conducted by experienced trainers and vocational school professionals in small groups in state-of-the-art, well-equipped workshops. It is possible to achieve a certification in accordance with the German Ordinance on Trainer Aptitude, as well as final examinations that are taken by the Chambers of Crafts. Depending on the objectives, we also implement parts of the training in cooperation with our partners from industry and in various companies.
Vocational qualification programs often form part of a comprehensive human resources development plan with the long-term goal of enabling qualified workers to pursue a career in the dual system in Germany. An entitlement to study at a university of applied sciences in Germany can also be obtained through training in the dual system.
As a genuine alternative to an academic career, we offer our international clients a wide range of options under the Skilled Worker Immigration Act. For example, we prepare young vocational students in their home country linguistically, culturally and professionally until they can go through the approval procedure of their professional qualification in Germany with our help and thus obtain a visa.
The language preparation is carried out by us up to the B2 level in the home country and then, after receiving the visa in Germany, up to the C1 level by our own qualified German teachers, both in presence and in online courses.
In Germany, we work together with the appropriate vocational qualification partners to design the upskilling qualification, which often lasts several years, and carry it out accompanied by an intensive counselling and support program for the participants.
