SASAC (State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council) is a Chinese state supervisory authority whose main task is to modernise and restructure large state-owned enterprises. SASAC has far-reaching decision-making powers.
Since 2002, Carl Duisberg Centren has been conducting annual qualification programs for high-ranking executives of Chinese state-owned enterprises on behalf of SASAC. The programs cover various management topics such as financial management, human resources development and strategic management.
The program is complemented by a range of specialised trade visits to German companies in order to support the development of business relations between German and Chinese companies.
Managers from Chinese state-owned enterprises from a wide range of sectors
The goal of the program is to strengthen management competence in state-owned and partly state-owned enterprises in the People's Republic of China. Participants have the opportunity to learn about best practices from public and now privatised companies in Germany through seminars and specialised trade visits.
